Here in the bedroom jacuzzi were not working as well as some of the here in the hot tub but it was still an amazing experience. Perfect for couples or a pair of couples. It was secluded great space. Would have been a 5 if the all jets were working.

Pool was closed first two days we arrived,one of the reasons we stay here is to enjoy the pool.Then was closed again another day.We really enjoyed our cabin.We have booked with this resort for the past three years and will again next time.

I think our stay at the cabin my old friend was very good I like the cabin I like the surroundings it was quite and it was close to the parkway which sort of what we'd like we wanted to be able to be close but yet we wanted out away from everything and this cabin was absolutely perfect for us we will be coming back soon

The cabin was great! I just wish I had more time to enjoy the pool table and basement area but we were only there for a few days. The only thing that needs looking at is the squeaky doors and it would be nice if there was some sort of light in the closet in the bedroom. And for some reason a visible tub (even whirlpool) in the bedroom creeps me out, wish there were a curtain to cover it up.

The cabin exceeded expectations and was more updated than the pictures on the website showed. The rooms were spacious and felt clean. The accommodations were more than expected and worked well for my two young children as well as my wife and I. I look forward to returning to the cabins again.

The log home was much more than we expected. The additional balconies, hot tub, and rec room were great! The only thing I’d recommend is a small supply of coffee and filters for the coffee pot. After the long drive, we did not have time to go to the store and woke up the next morning to an empty coffee pot. Also the picture on the living room TV is a little off and may need adjusting.

We loved it , A game console in the basement with the pool table would be awesome. A packs of salt and pepper and sugar. We kept forgetting it when we went out that would be great but over all the stay was very relaxing.

The cabin was so amazing! When we first walked in it was clean and ready to live in. I had never stayed in a cabin before and this experience was so amazing I can’t imagine staying anywhere else. The staff was very helpful they called to make sure check in and check out were easy (it was) Our only problem was our fireplace kept turning itself off, but maintenance was over within minutes after we called it in and had it fixed in no time!!

The staff was great. It would have been nice to have had comfortable chairs on the decks. The rockers were uncomfortable on the front deck and no chairs on the back. But inside was great.

We stayed in #7 My Old Friend, it was the perfect cabin for us. Beautiful, all the comforts of home. It felt secluded even though it was in a neighborhood of cabins. Not far from everything on the strip in Pigeon Forge. We will definitely book again.

We come to the smokies at least once a year sometimes twice. Couldn’t think of a better place to stay. Always clean always friendly and easy to check in and out. Only thing I would change would be need more towels and check in would be nice if it were earlier.
